My name is Shirley, I’m a Reiki Practitioner. I love giving (and getting) massage. I like spending time creating products that smell good; perfume, salt scrubs, hair oil, essential oil sprays and soap. My latest passion is making canna infused body products: oil rollers, body balm, massage oil/cream. 

I’m surprised at the number of people I know that have no idea what Reiki is. It’s  a Japanese relaxation technique that works with the energy centers of the body, aka chakras. Once your body is in a deep state of relaxation it can begin to heal itself.
I have to admit that when I first heard of it I was skeptical. Come on, a type of “energy“ work you just place your hands on someone and they feel better? Pfft right.
Since I’ve been doing it I can honestly say I feel something. The people I’ve given Reiki tell me they feel something, feel better after.
